Create an account

If you have a UF GatorLink:
  • Go to https://uf.cloud-cme.com
  • Click Sign In
  • Enter in your GatorLink ID and Password
  • Complete your profile by going to MyCME then Profile
If you do not have a UF GatorLink:
  • Go to https://uf.cloud-cme.com
  • Click Sign In
  • Click Sign in with your Email and Password
  • Click Create New Account
  • Enter your information and check the User Agreement checkbox at the bottom. All fields are required. Click Create Account
  • Complete your profile by going to MyCME then Profile


Complete your profile for MOC reporting
Please make sure your profile information is complete so that we are able to report MOC credit to the appropriate board on your behalf.
  • Sign in at https://uf.cloud-cme.com/
  • Click My CME
  • Click My Profile
  • Check YES for Will you be claiming MOC points
  • Add the appropriate MOC Board
  • Add Diplomate ID
  • Check the box next to "I provide permission for my CME/MOC completion data to be shared and transmitted to the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), licensing board(s), and participating certifying boards."


Access and manage your transcript
  • Sign in at https://uf.cloud-cme.com/
  • Click My CME
  • Click Transcript
  • Select a date range for the transcript records you wish to access by entering in a Start and End Date or filter transcripts by credit type. You can email or download your transcript.


Complete an activity evaluation and download your CME certificate
  • Sign in at https://uf.cloud-cme.com/
  • Click My CME
  • Click Evaluations and Certificates. You can view evaluations that need to be completed or email certificates for activities already completed.


View registration receipts
  • Sign in at https://uf.cloud-cme.com/
  • Click My CME
  • Click Registrations & Receipts
  • You can view all the activities you have registered for and, if an activity has a fee, you can view your receipt. To view the receipt, click the Receipt button.
  • You will see the receipt details for the activity including payment information.
  • Receipts may be emailed. Enter the email address where you wish to email your receipt and click the Send button.


Sign in at an event
To claim credit for attending an event, please follow the instructions provided by the event organizer for recording attendance.

Via mobile app – download the CloudCME app to your Apple or Android device to access the Check-in menu. This app also features mobile access to your transcripts and the calendar of events.

Via text message – A distinct code will be provided for the activity. Once you have obtained the event code, send the code via text (866) 708-1789

If this is the first time you are texting your attendance, you must first pair your mobile number to your account. Text your email address to (866) 708-1789 to opt-in to the text message attendance program. You will receive a text notification indicating your phone number has been updated. Once your account is paired to your mobile number and you have obtained the event code, send the event code via text to (866) 708-1789.


Submit an activity application
  • Go to https://uf.cloud-cme.com/application
  • Click Create New Application
  • Enter the activity information into the application. Click Save and Continue at the bottom of each screen, and you will advance to the next application page.
  • Once all sections are complete, click Return to Applications List
  • When you have completed the activity application and all disclosures are on file, click Submit For Review
  • The activity application button will be greyed out until the review is complete. Activity application review times can vary. You will be contacted by email when the review is complete, when the application has been approved, if the application requires additional information, or the application has been rejected. If an application has been rejected, click on the activity name. Then, click Comments to view the peer reviewer feedback and/or make any required changes.
