This is a recurring program that is 9 credit hours, and the audience is intended for Community Health and Family Medicine Physicians, Faculty, Residents, Fellows, and Medical Students. The program is in 0.75 hour segments and includes updates on subjects pertinent to the specialty of family medicine and primary care. The program is to be held on the UF Health campus, through Zoom, and does not have commercial support. The presenters are faculty in the COM and community colleagues.

1. Synthesize current evidence on practical clinical topics and apply evidence-based approaches to common clinical problems and diagnostic challenges encountered in primary care settings.
2. Identify gaps between current practice patterns and evidence-based standards and implement strategies to improve completion rates that result in measurable practice changes.
3. Maintain practice competence through peer discussion and reflection on clinical approaches in light of current evidence.

The University of Florida College of Medicine is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
