Faculty Development Series Jacksonville 2025

This is a continuing series that is up to 1.5 credit hours. The intended audience is physician faculty. The program is presented in 1-hour sessions and covers topics including teaching skills, quality improvement and patient safety, and physician and trainee well-being. The live sessions of the series take place on the UF Health Jacksonville campus, or via zoom, and do not have commercial support. The presenters are community and College of Medicine faculty.


AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ (1.00 hours), Non-Physician Attendance Certificate (1.00 hours)

1. Apply learned techniques and tools to improve their ability to be effective teachers.
2. Utilize various resources and tools to improve their ability to conduct and mentor quality improvement and patient safety.
3. Apply learned techniques and utilize resources to promote their own and their trainees well-being.

The University of Florida College of Medicine is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
