Overview

Please join us for the 56th Annual Radiation Oncology Research Seminar phyisician program, which will take place March 6, 2026, 8 am – 5 pm, at the Hilton University of Florida Conference Center, 1714 SW 34th Street, Gainesville, Florida.

Keynote Speaker will be Robert W. Mutter, MD, Chair of Research and Professor, Department of Radiation Oncology; Associate Professor of Pharmacology; and Co-leader, Novel Therapeutics and Therapeutic Modalities Research Program, at the Mayo Clinic Comprehensive Cancer Center.

We will feature a special multidisciplinary panel presentation for all attendees focusing on breast cancer treatment: “De-intensifying multidisciplinary care while maintaining control of favorable early-stage breast cancer”.

The event aims to define optimal treatment approaches, produce the best plans, assess outcomes, discuss first-rate techniques and healing experiences for patients, and develop new treatment approaches, providing invaluable information to nurses, radiation therapists and other healthcare professionals from educational institutions as well as private practice.

  3. Recognize and interpret the success rates UF is experiencing with radiotherapy techniques.
