Overview

Change is essential for the evolution, growth and development of institutions. In this course, we will review basic principles on the topic of change. Participants will go through individual steps of change development, testing and implementation, and discuss in more detail how to implement change by utilization of cycles (Plan-Do-Study-Act).

At the conclusion of this activity, learners will be able to:

  1. Recognize the basic principles of change development and implementation
  2. Classify specific changes for their potential to contribute to improvement.
  3. Identify viable change development proposals that adhere to the utilization of the cycles process
