The Department of Anesthesiology's weekly case conferences and M&Ms are held most Fridays from 7:00 to 8:00 AM and are presented by faculty and visiting professors.

1. Describe the importance of alpha band power during anesthesia of the elderly patient
2. Evaluate age-dependent electroencephalographic changes during anesthesia
3. Differentiate the changes in the alpha band according to the speed of induction
4. Show the impact that slow induction has on reducing brain suppressions
5. Familiarize with intracranial pressure monitoring techniques
