Multidisciplinary Critical Care Grand Rounds Gainesville 2025

This is an existing program that is in 1 hour segments, most Thursdays from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. The approximate total number of classes from January 1, 2024 - December 31, 2024 is 40. The curriculum covers Critical Care Medicine, and lectures are delivered by faculty and fellows from the Departments of Anesthesiology, Neurology, Pulmonology, and Surgery. Approximately once per month classes include a skills stations component, in which simulators are brought in for fellows to practice medical techniques. The courses are held on the UF Health campus, and has a zoom component.

1. Apply the knowledge gained in these lectures to their practice.
2. Discuss the latest advancements in the fields of Anesthesiology, Neurology, Pulmonology, and Surgery.
3. Recognize different critical care medicine events in a multidisciplinary context.
